ANSS Board and Executive joint Meeting

Participants: Mr. Niamatullah Mujadidi, Board Director-General, Mr. Naimullah Naimi, First Deputy Director General, Ms. Sorya Jabarkhail, Second Deputy Director-General, Mr. Fazal Amin Shinwari, Mr. Muhammad Ayub, Mr. Arif Orya, Ms. Aziza Sidiqi, Ms. Aziza Zari and Ms. Palwasha Salehi, board members. Mr. Zrawer Khan Mufakir, Executive Director, Ms, Kawsar Salehi, Mr. Waheed Amin, Mr. M. Sahfiq Tasmim, Mr.Shahb Stanikzai, Mr. Samandar Mahmmodi head of departments. Proceedings: The joint meeting started at 10:00 am, and was Chaired by, Mr. Mujadidi, 1- Minutes for August have been reviewed and approved by participants. 2- After a brief discussion, Ms. Palwasha Salehi was elected as a board secretary for the ANSS board. 3- The participants recommend that the organization should stay at the current location. 4- The Finance Committee report was approved by the ANSS board. 5- Board Development Committee's report provided Mr.Mahmmodi, • Meeting adjourned at 1:30 p.m. • Minutes submitted by Board Secretary, Palwasha Salehi
